Fhkheating provides advisory services for thermal systems and efficient climate control solutions. Our advice covers system selection, energy optimization, and maintenance planning for residential and light commercial installations. We do not manufacture or sell equipment directly.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and existing systems when requesting a consultation. Any recommendations we provide are based on the data you supply. You are responsible for verifying local building codes and obtaining necessary permits before implementing any changes.
Our advisory services are intended to inform your decisions, not to replace professional engineering or contractor assessments. Fhkheating is not liable for damages resulting from installation errors, improper use of equipment, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for that specific consultation.
All materials provided during consultations — including reports, diagrams, and written recommendations — remain the intellectual property of Fhkheating. You may use them for your own property but may not distribute or republish them without written permission.
Either party may terminate a consultation engagement with seven days' written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any confidential materials received. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
